1. Introduction
Vismor respects the privacy and protection of personal data of its users, clients, partners and other individuals whose information may be processed in connection with its business activities and internal applications.
This Privacy Policy explains how Vismor may collect, use, store, protect and delete personal data, including information processed through VSM Creator Analytics, an internal tool developed to support TikTok Shop affiliate product analysis and content decision-making.

Vismor is an owner-operated small business. A dedicated Data Protection Officer has not been formally appointed. Privacy requests may be submitted directly through the contact email above.
3. Information We May Process
Depending on the service being used, Vismor may process limited categories of information, including:
Business and contact information
Name
Email address
Business contact information
Information voluntarily provided through direct communication
TikTok Shop application data
When VSM Creator Analytics is connected to TikTok Shop through an authorized API, the application may process information made available through the permissions explicitly authorized by the account holder.
This may include information related to:
Affiliate product collaborations
Product identifiers
Product information
Commission information
Product performance information made available by the authorized API
Collaboration information
Other information strictly necessary to provide the authorized affiliate-analysis functionality
Vismor does not intentionally request TikTok Shop data unrelated to the stated purpose of the application.
Authentication information
VSM Creator Analytics may process:
OAuth access tokens
Refresh tokens
Application authentication credentials
These credentials are considered Restricted information and are protected separately from ordinary application data.
4. Purpose of Processing
Information is processed only for legitimate and defined purposes, including:
Operating VSM Creator Analytics
Authenticating an authorized TikTok Shop connection
Searching and analyzing affiliate products and collaborations
Identifying product and content opportunities
Supporting internal content-production decisions
Maintaining application security
Troubleshooting technical problems
Responding to privacy or security requests
Complying with applicable legal or regulatory obligations
Vismor does not use TikTok Shop Protected Data for unrelated advertising or data-broker activities.
5. Data Minimization
Vismor follows the principle of data minimization.
VSM Creator Analytics requests only the API permissions that are reasonably necessary for its intended functionality. Unnecessary permissions and data categories are not intentionally requested or retained.
The initial version of VSM Creator Analytics is designed for internal use by Vismor.
6. Storage and Location
Data directly stored by Vismor for VSM Creator Analytics is currently processed primarily on a secured company device located in Brazil.
Sensitive authentication credentials are stored using secure operating-system credential storage, such as macOS Keychain, where supported.
The company device uses security controls including full-disk encryption through FileVault.
Information transmitted between VSM Creator Analytics and supported APIs is transmitted through encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections where provided by the platform.
Third-party platforms such as TikTok may independently process information in accordance with their own infrastructure and privacy policies.
7. Sharing of Information
Vismor does not sell TikTok Shop data, API credentials, access tokens or personal data.
Information may only be shared when:
Necessary to operate an authorized service;
Required by applicable law or regulatory obligation;
Required to investigate or respond to a security incident; or
Explicitly authorized by the relevant account holder.
Protected TikTok Shop data is not intentionally provided to unrelated third parties.
8. Artificial Intelligence and External Processing
The initial version of VSM Creator Analytics does not require TikTok Shop Protected Data to be transmitted to third-party generative AI services.
If this architecture materially changes in the future, Vismor will evaluate the privacy and security implications and update this Policy where necessary before introducing the new processing activity.
9. Retention
Vismor retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was processed.
Authentication tokens remain available only while required to maintain an authorized integration.
Analytical information is retained only when necessary for legitimate internal analysis and should be deleted when it is no longer required.
Information may be retained longer when required by applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
10. Disconnection and Deletion
When a TikTok Shop authorization is revoked, the application is disconnected, or the business relationship ends, Vismor will:
Stop using the revoked authorization;
Revoke or remove authentication credentials when applicable;
Delete TikTok Shop Protected Data stored solely for the disconnected service when it is no longer required;
Retain information only where a legal obligation or legitimate security requirement requires its continued retention.
Vismor does not knowingly continue processing Protected Data using a revoked authorization.
11. Data Subject Rights
Subject to applicable law, individuals may request:
Confirmation of whether their personal data is being processed;
Access to their personal data;
Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated information;
Information about relevant processing activities;
Anonymization, blocking or deletion of data when legally applicable;
Deletion of data processed on the basis of consent when applicable;
Information about data sharing;
Revocation of consent when consent is the applicable legal basis; and
Other rights provided by applicable data-protection law.
Requests may be sent to:
Vismor may request reasonable information to verify the identity and legitimacy of a request before disclosing, correcting or deleting information.
12. Requests Related to TikTok Shop Data
Where information under Vismor's control is subject to a valid access, correction, portability or deletion request, Vismor will reasonably assist in processing the request.
When necessary, Vismor will cooperate with TikTok Shop or the relevant authorized party to address requests involving data received through TikTok Shop APIs.
13. Security
Vismor applies administrative and technical measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss or misuse.
Security measures include, where applicable:
Access restrictions
Principle of least privilege
Multi-factor authentication
Unique account passwords
Full-disk encryption
Secure credential storage
Host firewall protection
Malware protection
Automatic screen locking
Security updates
Incident-response procedures

14. Security Incidents
Vismor maintains a process for investigating suspected security incidents.
Where an incident affects TikTok Shop Protected Data or an authorized TikTok Shop integration, Vismor will take reasonable steps to contain and investigate the incident and will notify TikTok Shop, affected parties or competent authorities when required.
15. Updates to This Policy
This Privacy Policy is reviewed periodically and may be updated when:
Vismor changes its data-processing practices;
VSM Creator Analytics gains new functionality;
New API permissions or third-party processors are introduced;
Applicable legal or regulatory requirements change.
